Fascinating storyline

In Ailment, you are on a spaceship in a distant star. After three days in a coma, the protagonist wakes up in a medical facility, only to find that his entire crew has defected. His last memory is of a rescue mission back to his original ship. When he arrives, everyone on the ship is dead... He must remember what happened and find out why he is in trouble.

You’ll battle your former crewmates, colleagues, and friends who now want you dead, while you must help those friends who are still sane and uninfected by the virus and use a variety of firearms to escape this bullet-filled hellish nightmare.

Pixel-style sci-fi action experience

Ailment creates a retro pixel-style 2D sci-fi atmosphere and combines it with survival horror elements to make the story more fascinating. As you progress in this adventure, you will be immersed in it. Although you are on a spaceship, you will still experience those challenging dungeon crawler elements because the levels are designed like dungeons. This first-person shooter adventure game also contains homages to many sci-fi movies.
